Native Plant Salvage will hold their water-wise plant sale from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, at the WSU Extension Office, located at 5033 Harrison Ave. NW, in Olympia.
Offered in the sale will be affordable native or drought-tolerant plants, perennials, ornamental grasses, and groundcovers. Horticultural experts will offer one-on-one advice about the best plants for your landscape to save water, attract birds and butterflies, and reduce maintenance.
The goal of the annual plant sale is to educate residents about plants, habitat and water resources, to help residents plant environmentally beneficial species, and to raise funds for the work of the Native Plant Salvage Project.
