A United Parcel Service truck caught fire early Tuesday morning on Interstate 5 in Thurston County, causing lane closures and a backup.
The fire on southbound I-5 happened near the Scatter Creek Rest Area near milepost 92.
The right lane was immediately blocked, but eventually two lanes were blocked.
No injuries were reported, according to KIRO-TV.

The fire is suspected to have started with the brakes. It was not immediately clear how much damage there was to the truck’s cargo.
