The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a home invasion robbery that was reported about 11:50 p.m. Wednesday near Rochester, according to a Thurston County dispatcher.
Deputies were dispatched to the 17000 block of Vircon Lane Southwest to find three victims at the home, all in their early 30s. They told deputies at least three masked men dressed in dark clothing forced their way into the residence, then held the victims at gunpoint and restrained them with duct tape.
Two of the victims were struck with blunt objects during the break-in, and one was subsequently transported to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia for treatment.
Multiple firearms, a large amount of cash and an undisclosed amount of marijuana were taken during the robbery.
