JUNEAU -- Joe Miller's campaign is going through voter registration logs as it weighs whether to concede defeat or fight on in Alaska's Senate race.
The campaign requested the logs of select precincts to ensure there was no voter fraud or irregularities. It has provided affidavits, generally from supporters, that have cited things like an unsecured ballot box, ballots sorted by candidate and similar-appearing signatures. The latter could be due to voters receiving requested, allowable aid in filling out ballots.
Miller's rival, Sen. Lisa Murkowski, declared victory Wednesday as the last ballots were tabulated.
Miller has said he wants to ensure the integrity of the voting process and would decide whether to seek a recount or continue with a lawsuit over the process.
