Voting machines to help the disabled will be available at the Intercity Transit transfer station in downtown Olympia on Friday and Saturday.
The AutoMark machines allow a blind or visually impaired voter to hear the ballot options, then cast a vote in secret. They will be available from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday and from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Voters must bring their mail-in ballots to use the machines. For more information, call the Thurston County auditor’s elections office at 360-786-5408.
