FIFA Men's World Cup: Pacific Place becoming Seattle Soccer House
The FIFA Men's World Cup will take over Pacific Place in downtown Seattle.
Seattle's organizing committee announced the 27,000-square-foot mall will become a free, all-ages immersive fan destination for World Cup matches from June 15-July 2 and July 6-7.
Dubbed Seattle Soccer House, the site will feature six zones across the second floor of Pacific Place, according to a news release. The showpiece is a 70-foot by 40-foot screen that will create a four-level viewing of the matches.
Pacific Place plans to air matches on the massive screen even when the Seattle Soccer House is closed. No tickets or preregistration are required for entry.
The six zones designed to engulf fans in the quadrennial tournament and Seattle culture were described as:
The Forest Entry - A Pacific Northwest-inspired arrival experience featuring a large-scale world map where fans can digitally mark their home country with their photo, Seattle sports history storytelling and a central guest services hub.
The Watering Hole - A maritime-themed social hub anchored by a central bar serving cocktails, beer and wine alongside grab-and-go food concepts.
The Urban Core - The primary match viewing environment, featuring a physical bracket wall that evolves with each match played throughout the tournament, multiple match monitors and interactive fan activations.
The Pitch - A family and all-ages zone with a mini turf field and kick zone, dedicated craft activities, a sensory-friendly lounge and more.
The PNW Marketplace - A pop-up retail location and cultural store. Official World Cup memorabilia will also be sold on the first floor of Pacific Place.
The Summit Club - An intimate, lodge-inspired hospitality space for invited guests.
Seattle Soccer House will have ADA-accessible viewing areas, nonalcoholic beverages and closed captioning and audio-descriptive commentary for matches to support deaf, hard of hearing, blind and low-vision attendees.
More details are available on the SeattleFWC26 website.
Seattle Soccer House at Pacific Place is one of four official fan celebration sites. The others are Let's Play SEA ‘26 at the Seattle Center, Seattle Soccer Celebration on Pier 62 and Seattle Matchday Live at Victory Hall, which is near Lumen Field in SoDo.
