Shame on our lawmakers for threat of shutdown

With the potential of shut down of Washington state government services looming within the next few days, I have but one thing to say to the legislative body of our state: Shame on you!

I would suggest that if these political hacks can’t come together, then it is time for them to have their pay and per diem suspended and kept in session until they can come to agreement. It is time for this governor to act like a governor to hold their feet to the fire making these spoiled and privileged children perform. What happened to the concept of “service above self”?

To the voters of this state, I would say, you need to remember this event come election time. Is this really who you want to represent you?
