The Olympic Peninsula Fly Fishing Show on Saturday and Sunday will offer a series of presentations, fly-tying demonstrations, casting sessions and more during its two-day run early next month.
The show will present a variety of fly fishing equipment, as well as sessions by local Peninsula experts and the fly fishing author Skip Morris.
Among the presentations will be sessions on the best flies to use on Washington lakes to what to present to finicky salmon and steelhead on the Peninsula’s blue ribbon rivers. Fishing guides from Washington, British Columbia and Alaska will be on hand to provide recommendations on possible trips.
Among the fly tyers scheduled to attend are Karen Royer, Leland Miyawaki, Harry Lemire and Jeff Delia. Other presenters include Nick Elliot, Skip Wheeler, Phil Hager and Phil Huffman.
