Seattle police are searching for a man who stabbed a party-goer outside a theater early Saturday morning.
According to the report:
Officers responded to the call of a stabbing assault outside a theater in the 2100 block of 6th Ave. just before 2:30 a.m. A man had been attending a rave party inside the theater and was standing outside on the sidewalk when he was stabbed once in the side by the unknown assailant.
The suspect fled northbound on 6th just before police arrived. The victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators are trying to determine the suspect's identity. Police did not indicate if there was a motive for the attack.
