Chris Terry, a former offensive lineman for the Seattle Seahawks, faces a felony drug charge following a traffic stop in southern Indiana.
Terry played for the Seahawks from 2002 to 2004. He also played for the Carolina Panthers and Kansas City Chiefs during his eight-year NFL career.
Major Dale Abell of the Clarksville Police Department said Terry was arrested Wednesday after he was pulled over by an officer who noticed him driving erratically. Police said they found cocaine in the vehicle or on the ground outside.
Clark County Prosecutor Steve Stewart says Terry is expected to face a felony drug possession charge and misdemeanor charges of possession of a handgun without a license and driving while intoxicated.
