Worth mentioning: Jeff Gordon continues to lead the Sprint Cup Series points standings and holds a 15-point advantage over Jimmie Johnson. Dale Earnhardt Jr. is third, as Hendrick Motorsports drivers claim the top three positions. Matt Kenseth is fourth and Brad Keselowski is fifth.
Jimmie Johnson: Even with nearly 70 wins and six championships he still finds new “firsts” to accomplish.
Hendrick Motorsports: Organization has won five races in a row, and there is no reason they could win five more.
Brad Keselowski: He has finished second, second and third in the last three races ... but wants the wins.
Paul Menard: Earned his first Nationwide win since 2006.
Sam Hornish Jr.: He has run three Nationwide races and has finished fifth, first and second.
Darrell Wallace Jr.: First driver not named Kyle Busch or Matt Crafton to win a Truck race this season.
Brian Vickers: Finished 42nd or worse in two of his past three races.
