Who’s Hot/Who’s NOT
Chase Elliott: Three wins and counting. Oh, and the Nationwide Series points lead.
Brian Scott: No win, but he is a $100,000 richer.
Erik Jones: Strong seventh-place run in his Nationwide debut.
Tony Stewart: Just less than a year since breaking two bones in his right leg, Stewart wins in his first sprint car race since his accident.
Ty Dillon: The Nationwide Series regular is expected to make his Sprint Cup Series debut next month at Atlanta.
Sam Hornish: Driving what is usually the fastest car in the Nationwide Series, a blown engine will still slow you down.
NASCAR: Before planning more rules changes for 2015, how about waiting to see if the 2014 changes worked as excpected?
Kasey Kahne: Even a visit to a standalone Nationwide race on a Cup off-week couldn’t produce a victory.
