Saint Martin's gave up three runs in the bottom of the ninth but hung on to defeat Montana State Billings, 7-6, in a Great Northwest Athletic Conference baseball game Saturday.

Catcher Travis Jones went 2-for-4 and drove in two runs to lead the Saints (11-8 overall, 6-8 GNAC).
Meanwhile, the Saint Martin’s softball team split a doubleheader with Central Washington, winning the opener, 4-3, then losing the nightcap, 8-3.
Saint Martin’s (14-24, 10-16) tied the score 3-3 in the second game on Kristi Sigafoos’ RBI single. Joslyn Eugenio kept her 14-game hitting streak alive with an RBI single.
Central (20-11, 15-6) was three outs away from a win in the opener when Megan Antonovich hit the winning double.
