Robert Sacre and Sam Dower scored 16 points apiece as Gonzaga cruised to a 96-49 victory over Cal State Bakersfield on Monday night in the Bulldogs' regular season finale.
Mathis Monninghoff had 12 points for the Bulldogs (22-9) and Elias Harris added 10. Gonzaga’s lone senior and leading scorer, Steven Gray, was held to nine points on senior night in Spokane.
Donavan Bragg led the Roadrunners (9-18) with 17 points. CSB shot just 25.9 percent in the second half and was held to 18 points.
The Bulldogs went into intermission leading 49-31 and opened the second half on a 17-5 run.

Gonzaga made 50 percent of its shots and was 11-for-29 from 3-point range.
Kansas State 75, at No. 7 Texas 70: Rodney McGruder scored 22 points and the surging Wildcats muscled past the Longhorns. Jacob Pullen scored 16 of his 20 points in the second half despite falling hard on his right wrist as K-State (21-9, 9-6 Big 12) sent Texas (24-6, 12-3) to its third defeat in four games. Tristan Thompson had 26 points and 10 rebounds for Texas.
At No. 8 Notre Dame 93, No. 19 Villanova 72: Tim Abromaitis made a career-high nine 3-pointers and scored 30 points and Ben Hansbrough had 30 points and 10 assists in his final home game as the Irish secured a double bye in the Big East tournament. Notre Dame (24-5, 13-4) hit a school-record 20 3-pointers and dealt Villanova (21-9, 9-8) its fifth loss in seven games.
