Mike DeBord has been hired as the Chicago Bears' tight ends coach after spending the past two years as an assistant with the Seattle Seahawks.
The addition of DeBord came one day after Mike Martz replaced the fired Ron Turner as offensive coordinator and just over two weeks after Mike Tice was hired as offensive line coach.
DeBord coached tight ends for the Seahawks last season after serving as their assistant offensive line coach in 2008. Before that, he spent 26 years coaching at colleges.
