Level 3 sex offender registers as transient in Thurston County
Brian L. Kim, 47, who was convicted of sexually assaulting a 22-year-old disabled man when he was 29, has registered as a transient in Thurston County, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.
Kim was sentenced to 102 months of confinement in March 2001.
Kim is white, 5-foot-6 and weighs 220 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
