Why FBI Director Comey should be in jail
When FBI Director James Comey informed Congress that he had discovered new material related to Hillary Clinton's private email server, he drew sharp criticism from both sides of the aisle. The letter cast suspicion on Clinton without providing specifics, and with just 11 days left until Election Day.
Now that Comey has reported no new information was found and Clinton is once again cleared, many are saying he should lose his job.
I personally think that Comey most likely made up the idea that Hillary still had secrets to hide. He has fractured the integrity of the FBI and will even more in the future. He had already implicated that he was for Trump, who said that he would entirely shut down the CIA. The FBI and the CIA both are great competitors, so that of course caught Comey's eye.
But, of course he could have been pressured by Trump to reopen the case. James Comey might have been pressured by Donald Trump and by all the other Republicans who intrinsically feel a pure hatred for anything to do with the Clintons or Hillary Clinton. So, that has been out in the public square and debated.
