Tiffany Stratton Makes History With WWE Women's United States Title Win

Giulia put the WWE Women's United States Championship on the line against Tiffany Stratton during WWE SmackDown (April 24, 2026), and we have a new Champion.

In the first episode of the blue brand after WWE WrestleMania 42, "The Beautiful Madness," Giulia appeared to unleash her frustration over missing the big event, to put her reign on the line against Tiffany Stratton, who earned the title opportunity after defeating Jordynne Grace during WWE SmackDown (April 17, 2026).

Tiffany Stratton used her athletic agility to keep distance from her rival, although she ended up receiving a neckbreaker from Giulia after both starred in a series of pinfalls that did not progress.

Giulia connected a series of headbutts and then left her rival hanging in a corner to hit her with a drop kick. The champion maintained her momentum and took the opportunity to increase the punishment by attacking Tiffy with a neckbreaker, but now against the mat. Kiana James approached to encourage her client and stayed quite close to the action.

Back in the ring, Giulia attacked her opponent with a stomp, but it was still not enough to secure victory. The champion left Tiffy between the ropes to continue accumulating punishment, although a new pinfall also did not progress.

Tiffany Stratton showed signs of life but ended up crashing into the corner. This allowed the Japanese to maintain control of the action, putting Tiffy in serious trouble on WWE SmackDown (April 24, 2026). When Stratton showed signs of life, Giulia stopped her by attacking her with a brutal super butterfly suplex, but the referee's count did not reach three.

Giulia looked to finish the match, but Tiffany Stratton managed to escape her hands. While the referee was distracted, Kiana James cut off the challenger's momentum. Giulia hit Kiana James by accident. Tiffy knocked down Giulia with a rolling senton, but then missed her Prettiest Moonsault Ever because the champion waited for her to catch her with an Anaconda Vice.

Stratton managed to escape the hold and then engaged in an exchange of strikes with Giulia. Stratton escaped again from Giulia's finisher and then knocked her down with an Alaba Slam to finally sentence her with a Prettiest Moonsault Ever. Tiffany Stratton became the new WWE Women's United States Champion.
