Final Injury Report for Timberwolves-Nuggets Game 5: Will Anthony Edwards, Aaron Gordon Play?
The Minnesota Timberwolves are on the road on Monday night as they host the Denver Nuggets in Game 5 of their first-round playoff series.
Minnesota enters Monday's game with a 3-1 series lead after defeating Denver at home in Game 4 on Saturday night.
In Saturday's victory over the Nuggets, Ayo Dosunmu led the way for the Timberwolves as he recorded 43 points and four rebounds off the bench while Naz Reid added 17 points and nine rebounds of his own off the bench.
Now Minnesota will try to grab another victory on the road on Monday as they try to end the series against the Nuggets and clinch a spot in the second round of the playoffs.
On the other side, Denver enters Monday's contest trailing 1-3 in the series after losing on the road to the Timberwolves in Game 4 on Saturday night.
Jamal Murray led the way for the Nuggets in Saturday's loss as he ended the game with 30 points, five rebounds and five assists while Nikola Jokic recorded 24 points, 15 rebounds and nine assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Game 5 on Monday night, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Timberwolves Injury Report: Will Anthony Edwards Play?
For the Timberwolves, they have two players listed on their injury report, including star guard Anthony Edwards.
Minnesota has ruled out Edwards due to a bone bruise in his left knee that caused him to exit Saturday's victory early and he is expected to miss multiple weeks due to the injury.

With Edwards sidelined, Dosunmu, Bones Hyland and Mike Conley could all be in line for increased roles until the star guard is cleared to return.
The Timberwolves have also ruled out Donte DiVincenzo as he will miss the remainder of the season due to a torn right Achilles that he suffered in their victory in Game 4.
Nuggets Injury Report: Will Aaron Gordon, Peyton Watson Play?
On the other side, the Nuggets have two players listed on their injury report for Monday's game at home.
Denver has listed Aaron Gordon as questionable due to left calf tightness that has bothered him over the past few games and the Nuggets may elect to sit him on Monday.

The Nuggets have ruled out Peyton Watson due to a right hamstring strain that has sidelined him for the entire playoffs thus far.
