The Indigo Girls are coming to Olympia this summer. Here’s how you can get tickets

Folk rock duo the Indigo Girls are coming to Olympia for a June 13 concert at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts.

Tickets for the show go on sale to the general public at noon April 21. A pre-sale for Friends of the Washington Center begins at noon April 19.

The duo from Atlanta burst onto the music scene in 1989, selling more than 2 million copies of their major label debut that included singles “Closer to Fine” and “Kid Fears.” Over their 35-year career, the Grammy-winning duo has recorded 16 studio albums and sold over 15 million records.

Their latest studio album, 2020’s Look Long, is an eclectic collection of songs that chronicle their personal upbringings.

Singer-songwriter Becky Warren, former frontwoman for the alternative country band the Great Unknowns, will open the concert.

Tickets start at $59 and will be available on the Washington Center website.
