Sept. 1-5 is last chance for Evergreen State Fair in Monroe, here’s how to get tickets

There are only five more days left to enjoy The Evergreen State Fair in Monroe, as the season comes to a close with the fair’s final run from Sept. 1-5. It also ran from Aug. 25-30, pausing on Wednesday to allow staff to clean and animals to rest.

While visiting the fair and soaking up the last moments of summer, waiting in line for tickets is likely the last thing you’ll want to be doing.

To avoid waiting in line at the fair entrances you can buy tickets online in advance. Tickets for concerts, carnival rides, speedway events, rodeo shows, parking and RV reservations can also be purchased online on the fair’s website.

Fair organizers remind customers that etix online ticket sales is the only valid online vendor for tickets. You can also contact etix at 1-800-514-ETIX (3849) to buy tickets by phone with an additional convenience fee. Tickets are non-refundable.

How much does it cost to go to the fair?

Tickets cost the same whether you buy them online in advance or at any of the fair entrances. Detailed daily schedules are posted online, and the fairground gates open at 10:30 a.m. daily.

On weekdays, tickets cost:

$16 for ages 13-61.

$12 for ages 62-89.

$12 for ages 6-12.

$12 for active Military personnel with I.D.

Free for adults ages 90 and above.

Free for children ages 5 and under.

On Saturdays and Sundays, tickets cost:

$18 for ages 13-61.

$12 for ages 62-89.

$12 for ages 6-12.

$12 for active Military personnel with I.D.

Free for adults ages 90 and above.

Free for children ages 5 and under.
