When Did Lisa and Lenny Split?
Lenny confirmed in May 2022 that he and Lisa were separating after initially denying split rumors.
"A few weeks ago, I denied this because I am trying my best to protect my family during this process. It is true that I am seeing Katharina, but none of this happened until after the decision was made to get divorced. This is a very difficult time and I would ask for some privacy so that we can best take care of our children who mean the world to us," he told Us at the time.
The celebrity surgeon's public acknowledgment of his new relationship came shortly after Page Six reported that Lisa and costar Larsa Pippen were spotted confronting Lenny and Mazepa at a Miami club.
In December 2022, Lisa reposted a video of the May confrontation via her Instagram Story. In a statement to Us, Lenny called the footage "a setup," adding, "My goal is to give Lisa as much space as possible. … She will never miss an opportunity to cast me in a bad light any chance she gets."
What Happened With the Hot Mic Moment?
In a December 2022 teaser for season 5 of RHOM, Lenny revealed that he wanted a divorce from Lisa - seemingly without realizing that he was being recorded.
In the clip, the doctor's friend Vito referred to himself as "officially single." Lenny then replied, "In a couple months, I might be single too."
When Vito said he didn't want to see the married couple split, Lenny quipped, "I do."
Lenny and Lisa's Feud Over Financial Support
In November 2022, Lisa alleged that her estranged husband hadn't been adding money to his American Express card, thereby rendering her unable to pay for necessities for their children.
"[Lenny] has the ability to throw lavish parties, but doesn't have the ability or desire to provide support to [Lisa] and the parties' two young children?" she argued in court documents obtained by Us.
Lenny hit back with a filing of his own in January 2023, claiming that Lisa is seeking "excessive temporary support", and noting that he supports the family while the RHOM star "drives luxury vehicles including a Range Rover and a Rolls Royce."
In April 2023, a judge ruled that Lenny should pay his estranged wife $8,000 a month in temporary support. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the doctor was also ordered to "maintain the status quo" in regard to financially supporting his children.
Where Lenny Stands
In January 2023, Lenny told Us that his children are his priority amid the divorce proceedings.
"Whatever happens, I want to make sure they have a great life and are taken care of and want for nothing," the father of two said.
The Louisiana State University alum added that his split from Lisa has "not soured" his perspective on marriage in general.
"Sometimes things don't work out. I'm neither open nor not open to [getting remarried]. I have an open mind with everything," he said.
Finalizing Their Divorce
Lisa and Lenny Hochstein finalized their divorce in November 2024, with a judge declaring both parties legally single.
Lenny was ordered to pay Lisa $15,000 a month in child support for their kids and $10,000 per month for Elle once Logan turns 18. The exes were also ordered to follow a marital settlement agreement from June 2023, as well as a parenting plan.
"The biggest adjustment was not seeing my kids for half of their lives because really that's what it is," Lisa exclusively told Us in 2025. "I try to make the most out of my time with them."
Lisa Hochstein's Arrest
In March 2026, Lisa Hochstein's ex-boyfriend Jody Glidden was arrested on one count of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications, according to court documents obtained by Us. Lisa faced the same charge and surrendered herself to authorities the following month.
According to the court docs, Lisa and Glidden were accused of "unlawfully and intentionally" intercepting, trying to intercept or trying to have someone else intercept "oral statements by Lisa's ex-husband, Leonard ‘Lenny' Hochstein, and those Lenny spoke with."
Lisa and Lenny Hochstein's Legal Battle Continues
According to court documents filed on April 3, 2026, Lisa Hochstein asked for temporary attorney's fees and other costs to be covered after Lenny Hochstein objected to a court's recommended order regarding valuable belongings in their divorce. She claimed that Lenny "continues to litigate this matter to no end to exert financial pressure on [me]."
Lisa's legal team also claimed that Lenny admitted in writing that he has a net worth of $175 million and that he "further demonstrated his extraordinary wealth through written statements." Lisa stated in court docs that her "income is uncertain and inconsistent."
"While she has previously earned income as a reality television personality, her contract has not been renewed, and any future income is contingent upon brand partnerships, which are inherently unpredictable and sporadic," the court docs stated. "[She] should not be forced to invade her assets to defend this litigation. The disparity in financial resources between the parties is substantial and undeniable."
