Look: Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Lady Gaga attend 'Devil Wears Prada 2' premiere

April 21 (UPI) --Devil Wears Prada 2 stars Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci attended the fashion comedy's world premiere in New York Monday night.

Also walking the red carpet were Anna Wintour, the former Vogue editor-in-chief who is said to have inspired Streep's character and performance, as well as Lady Gaga, who recorded a new song with Doechii called "Runway" for the film.

New cast member Justin Theroux also attended the gala with his wife Nicole Brydon Bloom, who announced over the weekend that they had welcomed their first child, a son.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 is a sequel to the 2006 film based on Lauren Weisberger's novel.

The sequel's cast also includes Kenneth Branagh, Lucy Liu and B.J. Novak.
