Charlize Theron, 50, Stuns at Netflix's 'Apex' Premiere in Daring Head-to-Toe Look

Charlize Theron is known for taking big risks, and she did just that for her latest red carpet look while promoting her latest film.

The Best Actress Oscar winner showed up for Netflix's Apex premiere at The Paris Theatre in New York City on April 22, reminding everyone why she is one of Hollywood's most magnetic style icons.

Decked out in head-to-toe Dior, Theron stunned in a single-breasted black wool blazer, matching high-waisted trousers, and a white, pleated Elizabethan-style collar. The tailored blazer was left open to reveal the absence of a shirt, and one can guess, quite a bit of double-sided tape to keep this high-fashion moment from becoming a wardrobe malfunction.

Theron accented the daring but sophisticated ensemble with Dior ear cuffs and pointed-toe black silk pumps.

The contrast between the masculine look of the blazer and trousers against the ruffled collar and a swath of skin gave Theron an air of equal parts androgyny. The look is a mix of boardroom and old-world romance that she finished with a tousled blonde bob and bold red lip that gave the look a perfect pop of color. Theron perfectly merged classic Hollywood glamour and modern edge in a way that only she could pull off.

Theron has long been the face of Dior's fragrance line, so the 50-year-old actor and producer should embrace the brand's winter 2026 collection while hitting the red carpet for Apex, which she both stars in and produced.

The upcoming survival thriller will hit the streamer on April 24, with Theron playing a grieving woman named Sasha who is hunted in the Australian wilderness by a ruthless predator played by Taron Egerton. The film also stars Eric Bana and is directed by Baltasar Kormákur.
