‘Project Hail Mary' Gets New Digital Release Date – How to Watch

“Project Hail Mary” is heading for home release, landing on Video on Demand platforms following a hit run in movie theaters where it made $656.9 million worldwide.

Starring Ryan Gosling as Ryland Grace, “Project Hail Mary” is an adaptation of Andy Weir’s New York Times best-selling novel about a middle school teacher who awakes in space with a case of amnesia and has to piece together how he got there and what his mission is.

Believing he is alone in space, Grace gets to work trying to complete his mission when he stumbles across an unexpected companion who will change the course of his life.

The film opened to rave reviews from both critics and audiences, and is now finally heading for its home release. It’s available to rent or buy now, with prices ranging from $19.99 to $24.99.

Newsweek’s review describes the film as a “near perfect adaptation,” featuring praise for Gosling’s performance, saying, “there are likely zero candidates more qualified for the role than he.
