The Internet Had No Idea Ben Stiller Was So Fit, and Now They're Flipping Out Over New Photos
Ben Stiller may be known as a successful actor and filmmaker, but the Internet is starting to realize the star spends plenty of time in the gym.
Stiller, 60, the son of legendary comedians Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara, rose to stardom in films like Reality Bites and There's Something About Mary. With a successful array of producing and directing projects under his belt, like Escape at Dannemora and Severance, the star has been professionally thriving in recent years. But the supreme Knicks fan is garnering plenty of additional attention in recent days, and it has nothing to do with his resume.
In new photos, Stiller showed off his bulging biceps as he cheered on his beloved Knicks as they took on the San Antonio Spurs at game one of the 2026 NBA Finals. Standing in the Frost Bank Center, Stiller threw up a fist in celebration as the team beat the Spurs. Naturally, the Internet went wild, shocked that the star puts in so much time at the gym. Sounds like someone is doing a whole lot more than playing dodgeball to stay healthy in his sixties.
Ben Stiller is a Devoted Dad
When he's not getting jacked at the gym, Stiller is a devoted dad. However, he's also spoken openly about the challenges he's dealt with and the mistakes he's made as a parent.
"They [Ella and Quin] were very clear with me about what I got wrong," Stiller told PEOPLE. "And I really appreciated that, because it's one of those things where you think you know, ‘Oh, I know what I'm putting out there to them.' But from their perspective, it was totally different."
Stiller said he discovered these shortcomings while working on his documentary, Stiller & Meara: Nothing Is Lost, which chronicles the story of his parents.
"And by the way, that's exactly how it was with my parents," Ben continued. "But as the parent, I really couldn't see that. So to be able to interview them and talk to them about it and hear their honest feelings - and the fact that they were free enough and secure enough to just say what they thought - is something I really appreciated."
