Xbox Games Showcase 2026: Every Game Announcement and Reveal
Microsoft showcased a slate of upcoming titles during the Xbox Games Showcase 2026. The presentation featured new game reveals, gameplay trailers, release date announcements, and fresh updates. Several first-party and third-party projects appeared throughout the event. Here's every game announced and revealed during the Xbox Games Showcase 2026.
Gears of War E-Day
A gameplay demo of Gears of War: E-Day was revealed during the showcase. Gears of War E-Day is a prequel that's set fourteen years before the events of the original game. It is set to release on October 6, 2026.
Fable
Fable is an immersive open-world action-RPG where you can become the hero you want to be. Each choice you make shapes your journey, your reputation is everything, and you aren't guaranteed a fairytale ending. It will launch on February 23, 2027.
Halo: Campaign Evolved
Halo: Campaign Evolved is set before the events of Halo: Combat Evolved. It features the Master Chief and Sgt Johnson infiltrating a mysterious Covenant ship in Operation: Meteorite. Players can experience their fight with three all-new bonus missions. This is coming to Xbox on July 28.
Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy
Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy is an upcoming action-adventure game and the third installment in the A Plague Tale series. This game will be released on August 27, 2026.
Persona 4 Revival
Persona 4 Revival is a remake of Persona 4 Golden. The game is scheduled to release on February 18, 2027.
State of Decay 3
State of Decay 3 is the third installment in the State of Decay series of third-person survival horror games. This game will be released on 2027.
Sea of Thieves: Custom Seas
Custom Seas is the 20th Season of Sea of Thieves. It gives players new ways to play the game, including new modes and enhanced camera tools for a better cinematic experience. It will be a free update that comes out on June 18, 2026.
METRO 2039
METRO 2039 is an upcoming first-person shooter where players will journey into a post-apocalyptic Moscow. It's been described as the most shocking METRO title yet and will be coming in February 2027.
Bad Magpie
Bad Magpie lets players go on an adventure as a one-winged Magpie. Players can cause chaos, steal shiny trinkets, and stick their beaks where it doesn't belong. It's coming as an Xbox title in 2027.
Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember
Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember is a dark Three Kingdoms action RPG. The trailer revealed visually breathtaking martial arts combat. It's currently in development and will come in early 2027.
JOIN US
JOIN US lets players start their very own doomsday cult. This game lets them build their own compound, recruit followers, and customize their cult's beliefs in this 1-4 player co-op open-world survival game. This game is set for release on March 2027.
Senua
Senua is a new action-adventure game that's set in the Hellblade universe. Players control Senua, a Celtic warrior that is trapped between life and death within a fractured vision of purgatory. She has to fight to reach the afterlife and reunite with her loved ones. This game will come out in 2027.
Fallout 76: Infestations
Infestations is the latest, free update to Fallout 76 that's readily available. Players will be able to rediscover "Infested" areas in the map which are teeming with high-level foes and loot. There will be free daily rewards from June 7 to June 15.
DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations
DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations is a new chapter to the Slayer's saga. Players will control the Slayer through an all-new campaign expansion where they have to confront haunting truths and forge new strength to escape. The game features new levels that have deeper puzzles, new demons, and more mysteries. This game will release on July 7, 2026.
Crazy Taxi: World Tour
In Crazy Taxi: World Tour, players will control Axel as he chases down mysterious masked villains that stole his beloved taxi. They'll have to tackle extreme missions to earn crazy money in a crazy, global adventure that is full of crazy driving. Crazy Taxi: World Tour will be released in 2027.
Age of Empires IV: Raiders of the North
Raiders of the North is a new expansion for Age of Empires IV. Players can command two new civilizations: the Vikings and the Scots. It will be released later in Fall 2026.
MINECRAFT DUNGEONS II
Minecraft Dungeons II is a new dungeon crawler game set in the Minecraft universe. Players and their friends can team up to rise against new challenges. The game will be released on September 29, 2026.
Magicians: The Devil's Deal
Magicians: The Devil's Deal is a new narrative driven FPS described as a game where stage magic becomes real. Players will control Jacob Menteuro, an illusionist that's bound by a pact he made with the devil. They'll have to master deadly tricks and steal the powers of rival magicians to escape the hellish Theatreland.
Magicians: The Devil's Deal is coming out in 2027.
Valor Mortis
Valor Mortis is a new game that's set in a twisted version of the Napoleonic Wars. Players control a former soldier named William that has risen from death. They'll have to wield supernatural powers, battle horrifying monsters, and unravel a world-threatening conspiracy.
Valor Mortis is coming on September 24, 2026.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Return of the Thieves Guild
Return of the Thieves Guild is the latest season of The Elder Scrolls Online. Players can experience a new Thieves guild questline located in Glenumbra, experience a new in-game event on the high seas, and encounter new challenges and mysteries. Season One of Return of the Thieves Guild will launch on July 8 and is free for all ESO players.
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 World Update 22
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024's World Update 22 features the beautiful landscapes of US National Parks. This celebration of America's gorgeous landscapes will feature over thirty National Parks and Monuments. This update is coming in July 4, 2026.

Hidden Mountain is the new expansion for Where Winds Meet that is coming soon to Xbox. Players can explore a brand-new map filled with new adventures and content. Where Winds Meet: Hidden Mountain is coming in July 2026.
Castlevania: Belmont's Curse
Castlevania: Belmont's Curse is the latest installment in the Castlevania series. It is a 2D action-exploration game that's set 23 years after the events of Castlevania: Dracula's Curse. This game will depict a growing young Belmont and features enhanced speed and freedom. It is set to launch on October 15, 2026.
Vivarium
Vivarium is a new life-sim adventure game with art inspired by classic, retro anime. Players can explore a pocket world and experience a non-linear narrative that is shaped by the choices they make. Vivarium is coming in 2027.
Persona 6
A teaser trailer of Persona 6 was also shown in the Xbox Games Showcase 2026. It is set to be the upcoming seventh entry in the series. No release date for Persona 6 has been announced yet.
Spyro: A Realm Beyond
Spyro: A Realm Beyond released a cinematic announce trailer during the Xbox Games Showcase 2026. In this game, Spyro must adventure through a strange, new realm to find a way home while combating a vicious invading force known as the Scavs.
