GloRilla Spills on Her 'Turnt' Summer Album - and Its Mystery Features

For those seeking a summer full of beats, bars and lyrics with a whole lot of attitude, GloRilla's got you covered.

The rapper (real name Gloria Hallelujah Woods) exclusively shared with Us Weekly a taste of what fans can expect from her upcoming album.

"I wanted it to have a summer vibe, so it's gonna be fun, for sure. It's gonna be turnt - like, you know, I like to produce turnt music," GloRilla, 26, told Us during an interview to promote her new collaboration with Reese's Puffs.

Fans will also have the chance to purchase a limited-edition cereal box designed for the partnership, which launches on Monday, June 29, at 1 p.m. ET at ReesesPuffs.com (while supplies last).

To milk the momentum ahead, Us asked GloRilla to curate a summer mixtape of songs that have defined her story.

Song That Reminds Her of Childhood

"Countdown" byBeyoncé. I never realized how crazy the beat sounds, because that was, like, Beyoncé always picking crazy instrumentals. But I love the beat, I love the video, and I was so mad because she didn't perform that song. She didn't perform that song at the Super Bowl. I was so mad because that was my favorite song, because she had just dropped the album. This one reminds me of my childhood. [One of] my top 15 favorite songs of all time.

Song That Makes Her Cry

"Gangstas Cry" by G Herbo. Because with the song called "Gangstas Cry," he's talking about, like, have you ever seen a gangsta cry? And you know, I feel like I'm so gangsta and stuff like that. So when I have been with it, I'm telling myself it's OK to cry, I have to go play that song, because that's gonna make you feel like it's OK to cry.

Song That She Listens to First Thing in the Morning

First thing in the morning, I probably listen to some MJ, to some Michael Jackson. "Beat It" is the best Michael Jackson song in history, and I would not be arguing with nobody about it. I think that's the best beat laid in the history of our music. Like, that beat is immaculate. I wish I could, somebody could make another version of it.

Song That People Would Be Surprised She Loves

Celine Dion, "Because You Loved Me." I guess I'll give my mama props. My mama used to always play that song when I was younger, and she used to be talking about God. Like, she referenced the song as in, like, she's talking to, you know what I'm saying, to God, but I just, I just feel the song. Like, because it's different people in my life that I feel like that about, like, they've been there for me.

Song That Reminds Her of a Favorite Place

I don't know if I got a favorite place no more. But a song that I like about a place… I got two. ‘We in Miami turnin' up another notch' ["Somebody Loves Me" by Drakeand PartyNextDoor], it's either gonna be that, or ‘Walking in Memphis.'

Song That Reminds Her of Summer

"TGIF" by GloRilla.

Song by an Idol Who Inspires Her

I'd probably say it's a lot by Beyoncé, but I'm not gonna say Beyoncé. I'm gonna say MJ again and "Man in the Mirror." I think that's pretty self-explanatory. I love "Man in the Mirror." It's a self-reflecting song that I really like. I do a lot of self-reflecting.
