“When you walk through the property, you can feel that it’s special,” listing broker Josh Carlson, from Better Properties North Proctor, told The Olympian by phone.

The home at 3909 56th Ave. NE, in the Johnson Point area, is listed for $2.2 million.
It was built in 2017, and while it was intended to be a forever home for the sellers, they ended up relocating to another state, Carlson said.
