Majestic Silkie Chicken's 'Evil Twin Brother' Interrupts Daily Commute to Girlfriends
I never grew up around birds, so I wasn't aware of how many different types of chickens exist in the world until adulthood. Imagine my delight when I discovered the wide world of Silkie Chickens! These adorably fluffy birds resemble those dandelion wisps some of us made wishes on and blew into the wind.
Yeti is one of these handsome Silkie fellows, and his favorite thing in the world is his morning "commute" to see all his devoted girlfriends-until his "evil twin brother" gets in the way! This is one scenario younger me never could've imagined, and it's as funny as it sounds!

Mornings are when Yeti gets the most thrills, and he has a strict routine waiting for the go-ahead from Dad. Then, once his engine is revved, he takes off like the cutest race car ever. Seeing all his ladies is the highlight of the day, so Nathan putting a damper on things won't be forgotten!

Even without Nathan interrupting Yeti's commute, the plush Silkie who looks like a cloud is still the big boss when it comes to protecting his girls in their coop. He's been doing it for a long time and has no plans of stopping now!

Silkie Chickens are praised for being docile, affectionate, and friendly birds with outgoing personalities. Like dogs, these laid-back chickens are known as "lap chickens" who thrive when they have a lot of human interaction. They're easy to handle and make a great choice for families with children.
With that soft, fluffy fur, who could resist cuddling?! No one. Now that I'm a fan of these cool birds, I have to figure out how to adopt one of my own-and he'd better be just as dedicated to his flock (aka me) as Yeti is with his girlfriends!
