'The Pitt' and 'Hacks' top this year's Emmy nominations list

LOS ANGELES - Emergency room drama "The Pitt" outpaced all of this year's contenders for television's Emmy Awards, earning 25 nods in the nominations announced on Wednesday.

The final season of comedy "Hacks" was close behind with 24 nominations.
