Strawberry bounty: Where to get 'em

strawberry lead
Fennel strawberry salsa over halibut is a recipe from Chef Eric Matthies of C.I. Shenanigans. The salsa has a puckery flavor from lime and uses plenty of freshly ground black peppercorns for extra flavor. The fennel's licorice flavor complements the sweet strawberries. Matthies also recommends serving the salsa over salmon. The Olympian
