Ingredients
- 1⅓ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- ⅔ cup packed brown sugar
- 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup peanuts, chopped
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. In bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Line 9" square baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2"; coat with cooking spray. On medium speed, beat 1⁄2 cup butter and brown sugar until smooth. On low, beat in flour mixture. Press into bottom of pan. Bake until golden, 15-18 min. Cool.
On medium, beat peanut butter and remaining butter until smooth. Beat in confectioners' sugar and caramel sauce until combined; spread in pan. Top with nuts, pressing lightly on filling. Chill until set, 4 hrs. Using foil, lift from pan. Cut into 16 pieces.
