Grocer Albertsons is launching a gas rewards program in the Puget Sound area today (Oct. 26), according to a news release.

Albertsons shoppers can earn points to save up to $1 per gallon at Safeway gas stations, as well as participating Chevron and Texaco stations.

Shoppers can enroll by downloading an Albertsons app or visiting albertsons.com for information.
