Olympia Federal Savings named a ‘best company’

Olympia Federal Savings has been named a top five midsize company to work for by Seattle Business Magazine.

The magazine rates companies based on employee responses to 10 survey categories: benefits, communication, corporate culture, hiring/retention, executive leadership, performance standards, responsibilities/decision making, awards/recognition, training/education and workplace environment.

This is the third year that Olympia Federal was named a best company to work by the magazine. Last year, they were a top 10 company.
