2 Olympia hospitals rank high in U.S. News survey
One hospital in Seattle and two from Olympia were named in the top statewide rankings released Tuesday by U.S. News & World Report.
The University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle was named first among the publication’s list of Best Hospitals in Washington. The center was also ranked nationally.
Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia placed second in the state, according to the report, while Capital Medical Center in Olympia placed seventh.
Valley Medical Center in Renton placed sixth.
Seattle Children’s Hospital was named the best children’s hospital in the state.
