Kohl’s, with locations in Gig Harbor, Federal Way, Puyallup and Lacey, announces holiday hiring plans

Kohl’s has announced that it plans to hire an extra 50 or so workers for each department store across the country in time for holiday shopping.

Kohl’s South Sound locations are in Gig Harbor, Federal Way, Puyallup and Lacey.

The hiring will result in more than 69,000 seasonal retail jobs nationwide, the company said in a news release this week.

In addition, the company anticipates hiring approximately 9,500 seasonal positions at distribution and e-commerce fulfillment centers across the country and approximately 660 seasonal credit operations positions, according to the release.
