People news: Nicole Potebnya joins Phillips Burgess PLLC

Nicole Potebnya, formerly in-house counsel and a managing real estate broker for The Rants Group, has joined the Olympia law firm of Phillips Burgess PLLC.

In addition to her real estate experience, which includes resolving contractual issues, structuring commercial leases and advising in land use and permitting matters, Potebnya also has experience in administative hearings and appeals before Washington state courts, according to a news release.

Potebnya is a former assistant Attorney General in the state Attorney General’s Office.
