Sixth Avenue Place apartments in Lacey sell for $13.2 million
The mixed-use Sixth Avenue Place apartments in Lacey have sold for $13.2 million, according to Bellevue-based Summerfield Commercial Real Estate Services, which represented the seller and buyer in the deal.
The sale closed last month, according to a news release. The buyer was Sixth Avenue Apartments LLC of Tacoma; the seller was Lacey Limited Partnership.
The Sixth Avenue Place apartments, which were built in 2007, have 103 residential units — one, two and three bedroom apartments averaging 853 square feet — and about 5,400 square feet of street-level commercial space.
The apartments are at 4410 Sixth Avenue SE.
