Gotti Sweets moves to downtown Olympia, Marchetti Wines closes tasting room
The bakery Gotti Sweets, which previously was in Lacey near Northwest Harley-Davidson, has moved to downtown Olympia, according to the Olympia Downtown Association.
The business reopened on Jan. 30 at 422 Legion Way SE. Gotti Sweets was voted new entrepreneur of the year by the Lacey South Sound Chamber of Commerce in 2014.
In other ODA news, Marchetti Wines, which ran a tasting room inside the New Caldonia building on Fifth Avenue, will close the location on Feb. 27. To say goodbye, a farewell party with wine, food and music is set for 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 26.
