Thurston chamber adds 240 new members
Membership at the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce has grown by 240 following a membership drive held this month.
More than 170 volunteers competed against each other to add members, according to a news release.
The volunteers were led by Liz Davis, NW Venture Philanthropy; Jim Greene, Greene Realty; John Kaufman, Kaufman Brothers; Drew Phillips, Forma Construction; Perry Shea, SCJ Alliance; Mike & Brenda Williams, Tags Awards & Specialties; Dan O’Neill, O’Neill and Sons; Tanya Jernigan, DTI; Renee Sunde, city of Olympia; and Tim Shaw, ThurstonTalk.com.
The Thurston chamber has more than 1,350 members and has served the county for more than 140 years, according to the news release.
