Thurston Chamber elects new board members

The Thurston County Chamber of Commerce has elected John Bash, Shauna Stewart and Rachel Young to its board of directors. Each will serve a three-year term.

Bash is the Tumwater School District superintendent; Stewart is the Olympia Lacey Tumwater Visitor & Convention Bureau executive director; Young is the owner of Miss Moffett’s Mystical Cupcakes.

The chairwoman of the board for 2016-2017 is Jessica Coen of Xerox Services. The previous chairwoman was Mariella Cummings, the former chief executive of Physicians of SW Washington.
