The YWCA of Olympia seeks business of achievement nominations.

Businesses should reflect the YWCA’s mission “to eliminate racism and sexism to advance the political, social and economic status of all women and girls,” according to a news release.

Nominations are open to public and private businesses of any size in Thurston, Mason and Lewis counties.

Nomination forms are due 5 p.m. Aug. 5. Forms can be found on the YWCA website at www.ywcaofolympia.org. Winners will be announced in September and celebrated on Oct. 28 at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts.
