Thurston County adds 7 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday to make 1,093 total

Thurston County reported seven new COVID-19 cases on Saturday. The new cases included two females and a male in their 20s, a male in his 40s, two females in their 50s and one male in his 60s, according to Thurston County Health and Public Services.

The seven new cases increased the total number to 1,093 cases. Of those cases, 902 have recovered or are recovering, 76 have been hospitalized at some point during their illness and 15 have died.

The number of COVID-19 facility outbreaks still stands at five. One of those is the Thurston County Jail. Three adult family homes and an assisted living facility also have an ongoing COVID-19 situation.
