18 new cases of COVID-19 announced in Thurston County on Saturday
Thurston County announced 18 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, bringing the new total to 1,196.
The cases include a boy between birth and nine years old, two females aged 10-20, three males and two females in their 20s, a woman in her 30s, a woman in her 40s, four women in their 50s, a man and woman in their 60s, a woman in her 70s and a woman in her 80s, according to Thurston County Public Health and Social Services.
Of the total cases, 972 have recovered or are recovering, 92 have been hospitalized at some point, and 17 have died.
There is one ongoing outbreak in an adult family home.
As of this week, Thurston County has administered over 42,000 tests.
