Olympia man flown to Harborview after crash in Westport

Two people, including a 54-year-old Olympia man, were flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after a two-vehicle crash in Westport Sunday morning, according to the Washington State Patrol.

A 61-year-old Westport woman also was flown to Harborview.

Just before 8:30 a.m. Sunday, the Olympia man was southbound on state Route 105, near milepost 31, when he crossed the center line and crashed head-on into the Westport woman’s car, according to the state patrol.

The road was blocked for two-and-a-half hours.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
