Crash causing backup on I-5 southbound in Lewis County
A crash on Interstate 5 southbound Thursday afternoon was causing long delays, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
Washington State Patrol tweeted a photo of a camper that crashed and was blocking the Cowlitz River Bridge. Troopers were on scene and no injuries were reported.
By 12:45 p.m. the backup was about five miles long and growing. One lane opened shortly before 1 p.m.
