Railroad track maintenance could slow down drivers in Olympia on Saturday
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the intersection of Union Avenue Southeast and Plum Street Southeast on Saturday while crews preform maintenance on nearby railroad tracks.
The work is scheduled to happen from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, according to a news release from the city of Olympia.
There may be lane restrictions and short-term closures while railroad maintenance equipment is moved across the road.
