An Aberdeen man left for work on Nov. 24, and hasn’t been seen since

The Aberdeen Police Department issued a missing person alert Monday for a salal picker who hasn’t been seen for six weeks.

Apolinar Oporto-Chacon, 33, who is known as “Polo,” was last seen heading out to work on Nov. 24, and has not been seen since, the alert stated.

He is described as 5-feet, 5-inches tall, 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He wears a large cross on a chain around his neck. Anyone with information on Oporto-Chacon’s whereabouts is asked to call Aberdeen Police Detective Jason Perkinson at 360-533-3180.
