Coroner identifies man who died in Cowlitz River boating accident
The Lewis County Coroner’s Office has identified the Mossyrock man who died in a weekend boating accident on the Cowlitz River.
Ronald W. Borst, 59, was recovered from the river Friday by Lewis County Sheriff’s Office deputies after his boat reportedly capsized. A 75-year-old Vancouver man who was also in the boat survived, according to The Chronicle.
An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
